I’ve found that understanding why discipline matters and learning practical ways to build it can transform daily struggles into steady progress. Final Thoughts on Developing Discipline

I wanted to write about this subject as it's something that I remind myself daily and work on. For my family, for myself, and for all the people who I want to help in the future. You can do this; I can do this. Let's say it together. I CAN DO THIS! Write it down post it around your house your goals write down your routine and implement it. One day One action at a time. Today I used an analogy where I said: if you think of it as an hourglass filled with sand. The particles will slowly fill up the space until it's full. I remember this to try and stick to my discipline telling myself I have to place that sand particle today so that the hourglass one day will be full. Accomplishing the habits to keep striving and keep building.

Today I will accomplish something,

I can accomplish this for myself because I am Strong,

I have my God,

HE gave me life,

HE is life,

I breathe with life,

Life is within me,


When in my mind there is a doubt,

I will simply continue to strive forward,

I have no doubt,

If by chance for someday I get set back,

I will simply think about and write down; what is important to me,

Security,

Trust,


Me... I matter,


and so, I will continue try again,
