Chronicles of a New Mother: Time Ticks and Tocks

The concept of time something everyone wants more of. Some manage it well others...ehh. All this mother wants is a pause. But it keeps going with a tick and a tock. She's Grateful too to have the time to make count all those

Ticks and those Tocks.

Growth for a grown up is internal; it also takes ticks and tocks, but for a child not only is it internal. I see the ticks and the tocks everyday as I see change on my childs face.

Pause the tick stop the tocks! No no; please, Tick and then Tock.

Mommy wonders what her mirror will show but again there it is, aw yes, the tickers and the tockers too many to count.

So valuable.

So irreplaceable.

My time, her time, his time, their time, its time, it is time.

Actions are made, words are expressed, interactions exchanged.

Voluntarily involuntarily.

Can't take it all back.

A wish to sit on the beach forever.

Those good morning smiles.

Better be embraced, I say, will you ever get them back?

Irreplaceable.

Repeatable?

Is time growth? You could grow with time, but not all concepts are game now; no not for all. But there is hope for change something that Takes...

Yes you guessed it.

It Takes Time,

Change,

Ticks and Tocks.

Time heals, all those moments I'll revisit; its true.
